Botanic Kids Plant-Based Play Workshops

Our play workshops are designed specifically to meet the developmental needs of each child. We provide three workshops catering for age-groups 10 months to 2 years, 2 -3 years and a mixed group for 18 months +. There is however flexibility within the age bands as children develop at very different rates. Please let us know if you feel your child would benefit from joining a class either above or below their current age. Each week we will explore a nature based theme and provide activities that will support the development of key skills.

At Botanic Kids we believe in a child-centred approach to learning. We encourage children to explore, play and discover at their own pace. We create a calm and nurturing environment where children feel safe and supported as they play.

Botanic Kids is located at Chateau Vermont, home to the Jersey Academy of Music. With its leafy surroundings, excellent parking, changing facilities, stairs and ramp access it has everything you need. Vermont hall is spacious, bright and airy. We have direct access to a stunning terrace overlooking the extensive grounds and will make use of this, as and when the weather allows. 

We believe that parents/carers are essential partners in a child's development and we hope that you enjoy sharing this journey with your child. This may involve sitting back and observing during playtime or being an active participant; modelling, questioning, supporting and encouraging.
